How long you CAN return for:
21 days after OUR shipment date.
What you CAN return:
- Accessories
- Clothing (unwashed/unworn)
- Damaged / defective items
- Literature
- Music (unopened)
- Skateboard products
What you CANNOT return:
- Artwork
- Clothing (washed/worn)
- Items not in "as sent" condition
- Music (opened)
- ReUse One of a Kind Items
What you CAN return for:
- Exchanges will be shipped out within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date
How to make your return:
- When appropriate, please ReUse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- Along with the item you are returning, please include a note indicating the reason for the return and if you would like a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. If an exchange, make sure to let us know what you're exchanging for.
- If you are returning a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, STAY VOCAL will cover the return shipping fees. Please be conservative and use a low-priced option. We prefer DHL Ground and USPS First Class.
- If you are returning the item for a refund, YOU are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Do not return items COD. YOU will be responsible for any charges for COD shipments.
