What size shirt (or other clothing item) should I get?

• We use American Apparel for all of our new clothing. Their sizing can be found here.
• We use various brands for our ReUse T-Shirts, but we size them according to American Apparel sizes.
• Our one of a kind clothing varies, so each item will have a detailed sizing description.

Where are your decks made?

• All of our decks are manufactured in San Diego, CA / USA by Watson Laminates, a leading manufacturer of skateboard decks for the past 20 years.

Questions about placing orders

How can I ensure that you'll get my order if I mail it in?

• The easiest and cheapest way would be to add delivery confirmation to your mailed in order.

Can I return / exchange my order?

• We do accept returns/exchanges. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

Do you have a mailorder catalog?

• Yes. Send an e-mail to info@stayvocal.com with the subject "Catalog" and include your name and mailing address. We'll also throw in a sticker.

Do you take phone orders?

• Yes, we do. Please call us at 781.561.7768, if you would like to place an order over the phone. If we don't answer, please leave us a message with your name and number and we will get back to you soon.

Questions about shipping

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

• Shipping is calculated based on an item's weight and size, the shipping address, and shipping option. Please read our Shipping & Handling policy for full details.

How long will my order take to get to me?

• As we offer many different shipping options, orders will vary in shipping time, but:
• US Credit card and Paypal orders typically arrive within a week.
• Orders sent through the mail typically arrive within 2 weeks after we receive your order.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

• We use various carriers who offer various shipping options. Please read our Shipping & Handling policy for full details.

What if I never receive my order and it is returned to you?

• We will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem.
• If the error was in the address you provided, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee.

What kind of payments do you accept?

• Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and money orders.
• All payments must be in U.S. funds.
• Checks will be held until they clear

I am nervous using my credit card on the internet. Is this site secure?

• Yes. We currently have a standard 128-bit SSL digital certificate issued by Thawte. Thawte is a leading global Certification Authority. Their SSL and code signing digital certificates are used globally to secure servers, provide data encryption, authenticate users, protect privacy and assure online identities through stringent authentication and verification processes. * When you proceed to "checkout," you will see the Secure Server Icon on your web browser (https). From then on, all information you give us will be securely transmitted to us. Finally, we do not store any sensitive customer information (credit card numbers) in our database.
• If you still don't feel safe, you can simply mail us your order along with a check or money order.

What if my check bounces?

• You will be responsible for paying the original amount of the check plus a $15.00 returned check fee.

Do you have gift certificates / cards?

• No, currently, we do not.
