A couple of years ago, Christian Bogle sent in an entry for the Plea for Peace deck design contest. At first glance, it was obvious that there was something much more important than just a skateboard design. And that is how our Make Yourself Heard Face logo came to be.

Since then, Christian has been entering all of our design contests, even won a few of them, including the Plea for Peace patch design and Red Lights Flash T-Shirt contests.

While he works a full-time job in Germany, Christian still finds time to share his voice with us. You will be seeing a lot more from him in the future.

This is our new deck that we released on Go Skateboarding Day (GSD) this past June 21. As the official holiday of skateboarding, GSD gives skateboarders a chance “to raise awareness about the issues (skateboarders) face” (www.goskateboardingday.org ). STAY VOCAL sees this also as a chance for skateboarders to raise awareness about issues everyones faces. The deck is appropriately entitled, ”DON’T DRIVE…Go Skateboarding.”
